8 Deadly Marketing Skills

Had attended a workshop by Dr. Ali on "8 Deadly Marketing Skills".

I must say this workshop is great as it reminds me of a certain traits that I have lost focused on. I should put these skills into practice anytime now. Thanks to Dr. Ali.

Let me share with you on the 8 "Deadly" Skills (sure-win if put to proper practice).

Skill 1: Identify and understand your customers' needs
Skill 2: Adoptive of IT, Staged Customer Management (SCM), Customer Relations Marketing (CRM)
Skill 3: Strategic customer care via careful technology implementation
Skill 4: Strategic implementation plans/ branding & performance monitoring
Skill 5: Create Knowledge-based organisation & improve customer satisfaction
Skill 6: Strategic Partnership/ Synergism, R&D
Skill 7: Leadership Skills with efficient communication skills
Skill 8: Believe, Learning, Love, Action

How you managed to close a deal really it's about focus on what you are delivering, foster a bonding or relationship building, have a proper team work, and add value to your customers.

Value, Value, Value PLUS Focus!

So, the formula which I could think of is:

Value + Knowledge + Speed of Response + Dedicated Partnership / TEAM* = Loyalty

All spells "SUCCESS"!

*TEAM = Together Everyone Achieve More

Learn --> R&D --> Development/ Knowledge --> Action
